Q: What were your main goals and objectives for the new website?
A: Our new website had to be more modern and user-friendly. We wanted to have more pictures of what we have and what we are selling, as well as have better brand representation to show who we really are. It had to be designed to target people and companies looking for rental equipment, as well as those looking to purchase components and attachments. We needed to make it easy for people to find what they were looking for on our website. Also, one of the main wishes that I personally had, was to have a good support team that would listen to us and help when we needed it.

Q: What are some things that the old site one wasn’t accomplishing anymore?
A: The problem was that we couldn’t get anything done, the previous team was slow to respond to our inquiries and, most of the time, we never had anything fixed. We learned how to live with a lousy website. The biggest problem was how old it was, dysfunctional, the search modules weren’t working correctly, and it was tough to navigate through. The pictures were of different sizes, and the layout was blocky and boring. It was a website that people did not want to visit.

Q: Could you please give a brief review of your experience working with our team?
A: When our team and I met Hai at the very beginning to discuss the design possibilities and features, I think I could speak for everyone in the room: Hai made us feel like we could trust him and he would deliver the product that we wanted. We received a draft of our new website, and it was great. It was such a big difference from what we used to have. It looked like someone with great passion for their job, and an excellent understanding of our industry had designed it. There were a few things that we played around with as far as small details of the website, and then Hai and his team got to work of building it. Once the site was developed and looked great, the biggest challenge was to make sure that all of our inventory was synching correctly with the website, and after figuring out the details on how to accomplish it, we went live. This website required a lot of time and communication, and unlike the other team that managed our old site, Hai and his team were quick to respond and work on solutions to turn our new website into a well-oiled machine. sukutequipment.com
